2. Refund Policy

All bookings are final. Sakura Salam does not accept refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are certain about your booking before making a payment.

Sakura Salam is not liable for any injury, sickness, or other incidents that may occur during the trip. We do not offer travel insurance. It is the responsibility of each attendee to obtain their own travel insurance to cover potential risks.

4. Attendance and Group Dynamics

• Group Continuity: If an attendee is unable to continue with the tour for any reason, including but not limited to being stopped at the airport or arriving late, the group will proceed with the scheduled itinerary.
• Timeliness: Attendees must adhere to the group schedule and timings as closely as possible. Failure to do so may result in the attendee missing parts of the tour, for which Sakura Salam is not responsible.

5. Payment Terms

• Full Payment: All payments must be completed prior to the trip. Failure to make full payment will result in the inability to attend the tour.
• No Partial Payments: Partial payments or late payments are not accepted and will result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

6. Itinerary Changes

Sakura Salam reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary at any time, even during the course of the tour. Changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We strive to maintain the integrity of the tour experience, but flexibility and understanding from attendees are appreciated.

7. General Conduct

By participating in the tour, attendees agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the group and local customs. Failure to adhere to this may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Sakura Salam operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.
